How do you set an appointment yourself?

Please read the instructions carefully when making an appointment. They will guide you through the process and provide additional information to ensure you get to the right department and appointment book.
Did you book the wrong appointment after all? Then cancel your appointment as soon as possible.
With the mynexuzhealth app
- Open the app and log in with your PIN.
- Tap the Appointments module.
- Tap the plus sign (top right on iPhone, bottom right on Android)
- Choose the hospital at which you want to make an appointment.
- Tap Make appointment and continue with Next.
- Tap the name of the department where you wish to make an appointment and continue with Next.
- For some departments, you'll first need to answer some questions to guide you to the right consultation
- Tap 'Show available appointments'.
- On the calendar, you can see when there are free appointment slots using the blue dots.
- Tap the time slot that suits you and confirm the appointment.
Using the mynexuzhealth website
- Surf to www.mynexuzhealth.com and log in with your code card, with itsme or with your eID.
- Click on the Appointments link at the top.
- Click on the 'Make appointment' button on the left.
- Select UZ Leuven, then choose a consultation or department.
- On the calendar, you'll see when there are free appointment slots thanks to the blue dots.
Making an appointment for someone else
You can also make an appointment for someone else when your record is linked to that third party's medical record. Once that link is made, choose this linked profile in the last step when making an appointment.
