Collecting your uniform from a clothing dispenser (KUA)

You can get your UZ Leuven uniform or professional clothing from a clothing dispenser (KUA) with your access badge. How does a KUA work and where can you find one?

Collecting your uniform

  1. Hold your access badge in front of the card reader.
  2. Choose which garments you want and indicate the size.
  3. The KUA will collect your garment. Take it out of the KUA when the light is on.
  4. Close the door for the next garment.

Handing in your uniform

Hand in used garments to the KUA one at a time. Check your pockets carefully before handing in a garment.

Is a garment damaged? If so, press the 'Repairs' button when submitting it.

Number of garments

You are entitled to 2 uniforms: 2 trousers and 2 vests. We recommend you keep 1 uniform in your locker and use the other one. That way you can easily change uniforms in the cloakroom.

You can change several times a day, for example if your uniform became dirty or damaged.

Locations
