Collecting
Always check first whether it is already possible to collect the body.
- Every day between 9:00 and 12:30 hrs and between 13:30 and 17:00 hrs

Funerary costs
If the deceased is kept in the mortuary for more than 36 hours, there will be a one-off flat fee of €163.87 will be charged. The amount of the fixed fee will be indexed annually.
Death of unnatural causes
In case of a death of unnatural causes, the body may be transported only after release by the prosecutor's office.
