Results

The spirometer records:

  • The amount of air you exhale in one second (FEV1: forced expiratory volume in one second).
  • The maximum amount of air you can exhale (VC: vital capacity).
  • Oxygen uptake (diffusion capacity).

The results are displayed on a spirogram and compared to reference values.
