Medication list
To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask you to send us your medication list in advance, along with the prescriptions you need and the number of boxes.

Then use the medication overview below to calculate the number of boxes based on the listed number of tablets or capsules.

At least two days before your appointment.

Take a photo or scan of the completed list.

E-mail it to longtransplantatie@uzleuven.be. Always include your name, date of birth, and the date of your appointment in the day room.

Do you not have an e-mail address? Then hand your medication list to the transplant nurse upon arrival.

- Abelcet
- Aranesp
- Colistineb
- Cresemba
- Noxafil
- Study medication
- V-fend
- Vancocin

- Registration for Day Room LTX: Take an H-ticket and register at the reception.
