Payment clinical study
Contributions for EC are legally determined according to the RD of July 15, 2004.
Payment
Please provide the following information to EC Research in the case of a commercial study:
- Billing address (preferably an address in Belgium).
- Name of contact person
- PO number (Purchase Order), if applicable
- VAT number
- You will then receive an invoice from the financial department of UZ Leuven (with structured communication).
Payment can only be made after receiving an invoice from the financial department.
