Breast milk and breastfeeding are entirely adapted to the needs of your child. They offer a whole host of health benefits for babies, but also for you!
Feeding your baby will take up the majority of your time. If your baby was rather small at birth, they will often require more than eight feedings a day. In addition, newborn twins or higher multiples are often smaller and do not drink as vigorously as full-term babies. As a result, feedings often take longer and these babies need a little more stimulation.
If the babies are not yet able to breastfeed, you will be taught how to pump breast milk.
