Delivery ward

In the delivery ward, childbirth takes place. You will stay in the delivery room from admission until about two hours after the delivery. Scheduled C-sections and emergency C-sections are performed in the operating rooms of the delivery ward.

Support

You may bring 1 companion to support you during labour. You can choose who you want to bring (partner, family member or friend).

If you have your own midwife, she may also be present during childbirth.

Visitors

Visitors are not allowed in the delivery ward.

Photos and filming

Would you like to take photos and film during the pregnancy? Discuss this with the doctor or midwife during the consultation. In the delivery ward, you must ask the involved midwives and doctors for permission in advance to be photographed or filmed.
