  • To start sports physiotherapy, you need a referral letter from a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor at UZ Leuven. First, book an appointment at the SMAC.
  • For your first appointment, please bring any relevant documents (medical imaging, reports, etc.).
  • For your first sports physiotherapy session, bring appropriate sportswear.

No, UZ Leuven groups these invoices by period and sends them to your home address by post.
